Senior Training Coordinator

Take ownership of training, competence and compliance on a major construction project where your expertise will directly support workforce capability and site success.

Our Client has a requirement for a Senior Training Coordinator, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Padeswood.

Role Purpose:

• Act as the site focal point for all Training & Competence activities
• Ensure workforce compliance with training and competency requirements
• Manage training records, matrices and competency assurance processes
• Coordinate site induction and mobilisation activities

Job Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain training and competency matrices
• Monitor compliance and identify training gaps
• Coordinate site inductions and onboarding
• Produce compliance reports and training data
• Support audits and implement corrective actions
• Administer training management systems and documentation

Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

• Previous Training & Competence or Training Coordination experience
• Strong administration and compliance background
• Experience managing training records and matrices
• Construction, engineering, manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Mintra experience advantageous
