In this exciting role, you will work alongside communities, voluntary organisations and system partners to develop sustainable approaches that help residents gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to make healthier food choices.
You will play a key role in ensuring community insight, co-production, and lived experience are at the heart of programme development and delivery.
