About the role
Citadel Source is partnering with a successful, well-known company based in the Bristol area to recruit an experienced Payroll Assistant to join their payroll team.
The role
In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in managing and administering rewards programs, supporting payroll operations, and helping shape the future of in-house payroll management.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in a similar position and a strong understanding of payroll. You will be detail-oriented, organised and have strong communication skills.
As a Payroll Assistant, your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Monthly payroll administration support to include new starters, leavers and benefit changes
- Update and maintain the benefits portal
- Assist with year end transactions, including P60's etc.
- Monitoring the payroll inbox and acting on queries and escalation
- Any other payroll duties as required
- Assist the Payroll Manager in aligning outsourced payrolls and integrating them in-house

- A salary level up to £34,000 per annum
