MOT Tester

We are seeking an experienced MOT Tester to join our busy automotive team in Poole. This is a stable opportunity for a qualified professional seeking a competitive salary, excellent weekday hours and the option to undertake light vehicle technician work.

Benefits:

• The MOT Tester position offers a salary and OTE of up to £38,000.
• Monday to Friday working week.
• Working hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm.
• 42.5-hour working week with a 30-minute lunch break.
• 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.
• Opportunity to develop your role through light technical work.

Duties:

• Complete MOT Tester responsibilities in line with required standards and regulations.
• Ensure all work is carried out accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and workshop quality.
• Undertake light vehicle technician duties where desired.
• Work effectively as part of the wider automotive team.

Requirements:

• A minimum Level 3 MOT Tester licence is essential.
• Previous experience working as an MOT Tester is required.
• A professional approach and commitment to high standards of workmanship.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• An interest in completing light technical work alongside MOT testing is advantageous.
