Payroll Administrator

3 Point Recruitment are exclusively supporting a well established business in the search for an experienced Payroll Clerk to join their finance team on a minimum 12-month fixed term contract which has the potential to be extended (TBC).

This is a hands-on payroll role requiring an individual who can confidently manage multiple payroll cycles, maintain accurate employee records and ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.

Duties Will Include

• Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls
• Prepare payroll journals and period-end payroll processes
• Support year-end payroll activities
• Reconcile payroll data, timesheets and related accounts
• Process starters, leavers and employee changes
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records
• Ensure statutory payments, deductions and payroll compliance are managed correctly
• Handle payroll queries and provide support to employees and stakeholders

About You

• Minimum 3-4 years' payroll experience
• Understanding of payroll year end processes
• Experienced with processing multiple payrolls
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional, proactive and a team-oriented approach

This vacancy offers an immediate start for a suitable candidate following a one stage interview process. The salary attached to this role is circa £30,000 with either these hours completed over either a 4 or 5 day week.
