Production Packer Location: Barking Pay: 12.99 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts Week 1: 7:00am – 2:15pmWeek 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm Contract: Full–timeOmnia Resourcing is recruiting Production Packers to join a busy food manufacturing operation in Barking. Previous production, packing or food manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided. The Role Pack food products to required quality and customer standards.Operate packing machinery, conveyors and sealing equipment.Check labels, date codes and batch information.Carry out quality checks and remove damaged products.Follow all food safety, hygiene, HACCP, GMP and allergen procedures.Maintain a clean and safe production area.Complete production and waste records.Wear all required PPE.Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets. About You Reliable, punctual and hardworking.Good attention to detail.Able to follow written and verbal instructions.Comfortable working in a fast–paced environment.Good communication and teamwork skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.The role involves standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks and manual handling. You may work in chilled, ambient or warm production areas.
