About the role
Catch 22 are recruiting experienced and reliable Chefs to work on an ad hoc basis within hospital and school clients across Bradford. This is ideal for experienced chefs looking for flexible temporary work alongside other commitments. About the job: From GBP13.00 per hour (depending on client and level of experience)Shifts are on an ad-hoc basisVarious locations within the Bradford areaDBS preferredOpportunities across schools and hospital environments Duties include: Preparing and cooking fresh meals to a high standardWorking from set menus and catering for dietary requirementsSupporting with high-volume food preparationMaintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standardsEnsuring food is prepared and served safely and efficientlySupporting the wider catering team during busy services About you: Live within or be able to travel across the Bradford areaPrevious Chef experience is essentialReliable, flexible and able to pick up ad-hoc shiftsComfortable working in fast-paced kitchen environmentsIdeally already hold a valid DBSA good understanding of food hygiene and allergen procedure
