Warehouse Technical Operator Esher 26,000 + Benefits Are you organised, hands–on and enjoy working in a fast–paced warehouse environment? We are looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Technical Operator to join a busy operations team. This is a varied role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, works well as part of a team and understands the importance of maintaining efficient and safe warehouse operations. The Role: Manage incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring all movements are accurately recorded using computerised systems.Carry out regular stock checks and inventory activities.Organise, sort and distribute materials to ensure operations run smoothly.Use relevant equipment and tools safely and in line with workplace procedures.Maintain accurate records and follow established processes.Work closely with colleagues across different departments.Support the wider team with general operational duties as required. What We Are Looking For: Previous warehouse or relevant operational experience.Good working knowledge of warehouse and stock management processes.Confident using computerised systems; SAP experience would be an advantage.Good written and spoken English.GCSE–level English and Maths or equivalent.A strong eye for detail and a methodical approach to work.A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.A good understanding of workplace health and safety.
