This established Merseyside law firm, with over 100 years of history, is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join its friendly, supportive team.

You’ll manage a varied caseload covering wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. With an established flow of instructions, you’ll be able to focus on delivering excellent client service without the pressure of building a caseload from scratch.

Who we’re looking for

• Qualified Solicitor with Private Client experience (E)
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate and estate administration (E)
• Ability to independently manage a varied caseload (E)
• Excellent communication and client care skills (E)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills (E)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively (E)
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality advice (E)
• Experience with trusts and estate planning (D)
• Knowledge of Court of Protection matters and LPAs (D)
• Interest in business development and professional networking (D)

• Managing a varied Private Client caseload
• Drafting wills and advising on estate planning
• Handling probate and estate administration
• Advising on trusts
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Handling Court of Protection matters

• Maintaining regulatory compliance
• Building client and professional relationships

Salary & Benefits

• £40,000–£50,000, depending on experience
