We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our clients dedicated team in a children s residential setting in Ilford. What we re looking for NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent) essential Experience with working with children with EBD needs Previous experience working in a children s residential setting A caring, resilient, and professional approach Ability to work as part of a team and independently Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children What you ll do Provide high–quality care and support to children and young people Promote independence, well–being, and positive outcomes Support daily routines, activities, and educational needs Contribute to care plans and ensure safeguarding standards are met Work flexible shifts, including sleep–ins (GBP50 per sleep–in allowance) What we offer GBP13.50 per hour + GBP50 per sleep–in 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Training and development opportunities Regular supervisions and mentoring Opportunities to shadow and progress within the organisation Flexible working hours Pension scheme If you re an experienced support worker ready to take the next step in your career, we d love to hear from you.
