An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a successful and growing Building Services contractor based in West Yorkshire. Working from our Head Office in West Yorkshire, you will play a key role in the delivery of a varied portfolio of electrical building services projects across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, education, healthcare and laboratories. This position would suit an ambitious Project Manager looking to join a well-established organisation where technical expertise, quality workmanship and long-term client relationships are valued. About the Role As Electrical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple electrical projects, typically ranging from small works through to projects valued at approximately 500,000 electrical package value. You will manage projects through all stages of delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on project management role with significant client interaction and ownership of project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Managing electrical building services projects from inception through to completionPlanning and coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials and plant requirementsMonitoring programme performance and ensuring projects are delivered on timeManaging project budgets and supporting commercial performanceProcuring materials and subcontract servicesAttending client, design and site progress meetingsEnsuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company proceduresMonitoring installation quality and overseeing project commissioning activitiesProducing project reports and progress updatesManaging project documentation and handover processesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partnersResolving technical and operational challenges throughout project delivery About You We are looking for an individual who can hit the ground running and confidently manage electrical projects with minimal supervision. You will have: Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the Building Services, M&E or Electrical Contracting sectorA strong understanding of electrical building services installationsExperience delivering projects within commercial, industrial, healthcare, education or similar environmentsThe ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and client-facing skillsStrong organisational and problem-solving abilitiesCommercial awareness with experience of controlling project costs and programme performanceA proactive, professional and solutions-focused approachFull UK Driving Licence Desirable Qualifications HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical EngineeringSMSTS, SSSTS or other relevant Health & Safety qualificationsECS/CSCS CardExperience within healthcare, laboratory or technically complex environments What's on Offer?
