Signalling Engineer / Signalling Technician / Signalling Maintainer / Rail Signalling Engineer Clapham (with nationwide travel) GBP55,000 + Car Allowance Monday to Friday I m working with a training provider looking for an experienced Signalling Engineer to move into a training role, delivering to apprentices and existing rail professionals. No previous teaching experience or teaching qualifications are required. They re happy to recruit someone directly from industry and will provide full training and put you through the relevant teaching qualifications. The role Deliver signalling training across maintenance, fault finding, installation and basic signalling Train and upskill Network Rail employees and other rail professionals Deliver a mix of classroom and practical-based sessions Work from the Clapham centre alongside delivery at client sites across the UK Support learners through their training and development What they re looking for Strong background within rail signalling Experience across signalling maintenance and/or installation Good technical knowledge and practical experience Confident communicator who enjoys supporting and developing others Previous mentoring, coaching or apprentice support would be beneficial Willingness to travel nationwide No teaching qualification required What s on offer GBP55,000 salary Car allowance / EV scheme Monday to Friday Full training provided Teaching qualifications fully funded Opportunity to move off the tools and build a career within technical training This would suit an experienced Signalling Engineer looking to move into training, without needing to already be a qualified teacher.
