We're recruiting for a Car Sales Manager to lead one of the UK's fastest–growing used car retail businesses. This is a hands–on leadership role where you'll take ownership of store performance, customer experience, profitability and team development. You'll lead a team of Sales Controllers and Sales Executives, drive results, coach performance and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional buying experience. What You'll Be Doing as a Car Sales Manager Leading, motivating and developing a team of up to 14 sales executives and sales controllers Running daily team briefings and driving sales performance Coaching colleagues through one–to–ones, training and side–by–side support Managing finance deals, compliance and FCA standards Overseeing store operations and customer satisfaction Taking ownership of targets, profitability and customer experience scores Supporting customers through their buying journey and helping close deals when needed What We're Looking For as a Car Sales Manager At least 2 years' experience as a Car Sales Manager Strong track record of delivering sales results Experience managing and developing successful sales teams Knowledge of finance products such as PCP and HP Excellent communication and negotiation skills Full UK Driving Licence Must have car sales experience, particularly within used cars, independents or car supermarkets What's In It For You?
