The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils feel supported and challenged.
- Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND, EAL and higher-attaining pupils.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external professionals to support pupil outcomes.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills
Is passionate about raising standards and inspiring a love of learning
Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Has a commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
