Pearson Carter is partnering with a growing organisation developing innovative software products at the intersection of AI, creative software and immersive technology. The business is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to help build and deliver ambitious software solutions while contributing to its technical direction.

The role focuses on full-stack development using TypeScript, React, Next.js and Node.js, alongside integrating AI technologies into customer-facing applications. You will work within a small, collaborative team, taking ownership of projects from initial concept through to delivery while using modern AI development tools to improve productivity and software quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver full-stack applications across frontend, backend and infrastructure.
• Build modern web applications using TypeScript, React, Next.js and Node.js.
• Integrate AI technologies, including LLM APIs, AI agents and AI SDKs, into customer-facing products.
• Use AI coding agents and modern development workflows to improve productivity while maintaining code quality.
• Take ownership of technical decisions, architecture, testing, debugging and deployment.
• Collaborate with the team to improve engineering practices, development tools and product quality.

Experience &; Technical Skills

• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including architecture, testing, debugging and maintainable code.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and Vercel.
• Practical experience using AI coding agents and integrating LLM APIs or AI SDKs into applications.
• A proven ability to design, build and deliver software projects independently.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership and work effectively with minimal supervision.

Salary and Location

This company is looking to pay up to £90k dependent on experience and you will work on a fully remote basis with quarterly visits to the office in Southport, Merseyside.
