About the role
Location: Wolverhampton
Recruitment Agency: Pertemps
Pay Rate: £13–£14 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm
The Role
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls.
- Process customer orders for business-to-business clients.
- Deal with product codes, pricing and order enquiries.
- Accurately input and record customer and call information on internal systems.
- Provide a professional and efficient service to business customers.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role.
- Confident handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Good knowledge of computer systems and data entry.
- Experience processing orders and dealing with product codes and pricing.
- Strong communication skills and good attention to detail.
