Administrator

A well-established property management company based in North West London is looking for an organised and enthusiastic Administrator to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience within the property sector.

The role would suit an organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys administrative work, is confident communicating with external parties and is keen to gain exposure to the property management industry.

The role offers on-site parking and generous holidays.

Responsibilities will include:

• Checking and processing supplier and contractor invoices
• Updating local councils and utility providers when tenants move into properties
• Dealing with utility-related queries and resolving issues with providers
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date utility provider records
• Completing data entry and maintaining internal records
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team
• Assisting with other office and property administration as required

Key Skills:

• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
• Confident communicating with councils, utility providers and colleagues
• Comfortable working with data and administrative systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Previous property management or utilities experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
