We are hiring: Maintenance Engineers for Aldi Bardon Distribution Centre
Coalville, United Kingdom
Are you ready to elevate your technical career in UK’s largest & most modern automated warehouse? We’re looking for skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineers to join our UK Cimcorp team on ALDI site in Bardon.
The role of the jobholder is to carry out preventative and corrective electromechanical maintenance (inspections, adjustments, maintenance, spare part replacement, etc) of automation systems delivered by Cimcorp. The maintenance work will be made in shifts, covering the maintenance support 24/7 at the customer site.
In this role, you’ll participate in daily production support routines. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be key in this dynamic and rewarding environment.
Within your shift you will be part of a highly motivated team, led by a Shift leader, with 2 Maintenance Engineer colleagues and the support of a 3 Flow Controllers.
What you’ll bring to succeed with us:
- Suitable education in electrical/mechanical maintenance and automation. Minimum Level 3 in engineering topic.
- Technical experience in electromechanical maintenance and similar automation systems.
- Electrical-/ mechanical maintenance and similar automation systems, cost awareness of maintenance activities.
- Health and safety awareness.
- Sufficient English language skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on the customer business needs.
This position is located at ALDI site in Bardon, Coalville, Leicestershire.
