HR Administrator

Glasgow | Hybrid Working | Up to £30,000

I'm supporting a growing organisation with the appointment of a HR Administrator to join their HR team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of HR and takes pride in accuracy, organisation and providing a high-quality service to colleagues across the business.

Working closely with the wider HR team, you'll support employee lifecycle administration, HR systems, payroll-related activity and employee queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy at all times.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
• Process changes relating to contracts, salaries, benefits and employee records.
• Assist with payroll administration and reporting requirements.
• Manage HR inbox queries and escalate matters where appropriate.

About You

• Previous experience within HR Administration, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator roles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with HR systems, data and reporting.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, reliable and keen to contribute to continuous improvement.
