Location: Remote
Contract: Inside IR35
Day rate: Up to £450
Duration: 12 months

The Client is a leading supply chain company who have been operating for over 80 years with around 12,000 employees globally, in over 60 countries.
The Programme you will be on focuses on is replacing its current platform with a modern, cloud-native digital experience foundation anchored in the Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ecosystem.
Here you will establish and govern a consistent global content experience across web and mobile, ensuring content is clear, actionable, measurable and aligned to customer journeys, regional needs and ongoing product development.
Key Accountabilities/Outcomes
- Establish global content standards, terminology, design patterns and governance.
- Define content creation, approval, localisation and publishing principles with the relevant business and product owners.
- Embed content design throughout discovery, design, development and validation.
- Support the Communications Product Owner in defining sustainable content governance and operating practices.
- Use analytics, customer insights and support
Experience:
- Deep content design, UX writing and information architecture expertise
- Governance across global, multi-market digital platforms
- Content design embedded in product development lifecycles
- Reusable standards, terminology, patterns and governance frameworks
- Influence domain, regional, UX, business and technology teams without authority
