We are currently recruiting for Weekend Manufacturing Operatives to work within the Pre-Finishing department at global manufacturing giants Howmet Aerospace, located at Sowton Industrial Estate, Exeter, EX2.

The role of a Manufacturing Operative in the Pre - Finishing department is a key position within not only the operations of the site, but also within the supply chain into both the aerospace and gas industries. The site is solely focused on 2 factors: Quality & Safety.
As an Operator in the pre finishing department your main responsibilities are:
- High level of focus around EH&S.
- Attention to detail and strong quality focus.
- Final inspection of products
- Operating of machinery
- Management of department machinery and identifying any faults
- Working flexibly within a small team to ensure all process roles are covered.
- To carry out any other reasonable duty as may be required.

Shifts and Pay Rates:
- Friday 0600-1400, Saturday and Sunday 0600-1800, Monday 0600-1400 paid at £17.20 per hour
- Friday 22:00-0600, Saturday and Sunday 1800-06:00, Monday 22:00-0600 paid at £18.26 per hour
All suitable candidates will complete a site interview, medical health assessment, drug & alcohol test and induction prior to starting their new position.
