• Deliver analysis and insights to optimise digital customer journeys and improve performance
• Build and enhance dashboards, reporting solutions and self-service analytics tools
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for business stakeholders
• Identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation across digital products
• Work closely with product, marketing and development teams to improve data capture and reporting
• Support experimentation, customer journey analysis and conversion rate optimisation initiatives
• Mentor junior analysts and promote analytics best practice across the business

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience delivering digital analytics and insight
• Advanced SQL skills with experience working with large and complex datasets
• Experience building dashboards and automated reporting solutions
• Strong understanding of digital analytics, customer journeys and online performance metrics
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Piano Analytics, Quantum Metric or similar platforms
• Exposure to Python or R would be beneficial
