About the role
Are you an experienced Gas Heating Engineer and Plumber looking for a permanent role offering a competitive salary, varied work and the opportunity to earn more through overtime and emergency call-outs?
AAM Maintenance Ltd is looking for an experienced engineer to join the team, working across domestic commercial and properties throughout London.
This is a varied role where you will use your experience across boiler servicing, repairs and installation, plant room maintenance, gas safety inspections and plumbing works. You will be provided with a company van and fuel card for work purposes, with the option of private use of the van at an additional charge.

The Role
Your work will include:
- Servicing, repairing and replacing domestic boilers
- Carrying out gas safety inspections and testing in line with current regulations
- Diagnosing faults and identifying the most appropriate solution
- Carrying out gas works following inspections and testing
- Repairing leaks and domestic plumbing works
- Boiler fitting and carcass replacement or updating
- Completing repairs to a high standard with a right-first-time approach
- Completing detailed daily job reports with an allocated software
- Working safely and in full compliance with health and safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
You will need:
- A recognised gas trade qualification
- Gas Safe domestic qualifications and suitable experience
- Domestic ACS Gas Safe certification, including CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT, CEN1 and CPA1
- Proven plumbing experience
- The ability to diagnose faults and complete high-quality repairs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good punctuality and the ability to work within target response times
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Your own tools and drills
- An unvented hot water qualification would be advantageous but is not essential. CSCS is preferred
- Commercial boiler experience is advantageous
