About the Role\n

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that support pupils to achieve their full potential.

\n

The school is looking for a teacher who can create a positive learning environment, maintain high expectations and ensure all pupils are challenged and supported appropriately.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
\n
• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress
\n
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
\n
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
\n
• Manage behaviour effectively and consistently
\n
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
\n
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
\n
• Contribute to the wider life of the school
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
\n
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school
\n
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• Ability to deliver engaging and challenging lessons
\n
• Commitment to supporting pupil achievement and wellbeing
\n
