Are you at the start of your career in finance and looking for a role where you can learn, develop and genuinely progress?

I’m working with a client in a really exciting industry who is looking to add an ambitious Finance Analyst to their team.

This could be a great opportunity for an Accountancy or Finance graduate who has gained some practical accounting experience and is now ready to take that next step.

The role will give you exposure across a broad range of finance activities, including:

• Management information and reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Month-end and management accounts support
• Financial analysis and modelling
• Working with different areas of the business to understand performance
• Identifying trends, risks and opportunities
• Supporting projects and improvements across finance

What are we looking for?

You don’t need to know everything already. Attitude, ambition and potential are just as important.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• A degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related subject
• Some practical experience within an accounting or finance environment
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with data
• Strong attention to detail
• An eagerness to learn and develop
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Ambition and the drive to progress your career
