Residential Conveyancer/Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer
Location: Taunton, Somerset | Excellent Hybrid Working Available
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX Lawyer looking for a flexible role with a respected Somerset law firm?
Hybrid working is available, with up to 2-3 days per month office attendance. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.
The Residential Conveyancing Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will take responsibility for your own caseload and handle transactions from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.
Your caseload will include:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold conveyancing
- Remortgages and refinancing
- Transfers of equity
- Equity release transactions
- Matrimonial and separation-related property matters
- General residential property and conveyancing work
You will have strong administrative and team support, allowing you to focus on delivering an excellent service to clients.
Applications are welcome from:
- Qualified Solicitors with residential property experience
- Licensed Conveyancers
- Chartered Legal Executives / CILEX Lawyers
- Experienced Residential Conveyancers who are not formally qualified but manage their own caseload
Ideally, you will have:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in residential conveyancing
- Experience handling files from instruction through to completion
- The ability to manage a residential property caseload with a good degree of autonomy
