About the role
Remedial Plumber – Midlands Up to £36,000 + Van (private use) + Benefits With a UK coverage, our client a multi-disciplinary consultancy is currently looking for a Remedial Plumber to cover the Midlands and surrounding areas. With typical sites including Offices, Retail, Health Care and Education the successful Remedial Plumber will ideally be working for a private consultancy and have also covered legionella compliance as part of their weekly duties. To apply for the Remedial Plumber, the following skill set is required. * 4+ years’ experience working on commercial sites. * Proven experience in: * * Diagnosing faults on existing systems * Repairing or replacing damaged pipework, valves and fittings * Carrying out reactive maintenance * Ensuring systems are compliant to building and water regulations * Carrying out legionella tasks including dead-leg removal, TMV servicing, temperature checks and tank modifications * Fixing hot water systems, calorifiers, cylinders, and trace heating * Holding industry recognised qualifications such as G3 Unvented, NVQ L2 in Plumbing, NVQ L3 in Plumbing and Heating * Full driving license * DBS checked With a full benefits package including van, fuel card, mobile and bonus, for more information, xjnqpsq please contact Nick Lewis with an up to version of your CV.
