WE'RE HIRING – PRESS OPERATOR / PRODUCTION OPERATIVE Alcester Are you experienced in production or manufacturing and looking for your next opportunity? We are looking for a reliable, hands-on and enthusiastic Press Operator / Production Operative to join a friendly production team. Pay: £13.25 per hour The Role Your main responsibility will be operating production presses and manufacturing products to the required quality standards. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills across other areas of the business, including: Press operation Extrusion Moulding Other manufacturing processes Working Hours Monday to Thursday 6.30 am – 4.45 pm 39 hours per week Overtime may be available depending on business requirements. What We're Looking For Previous production or manufacturing experience is essential. A practical, hands-on approach. Reliability and a good work ethic. Willingness to learn and operate different machinery. Good attention to detail. A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team. What's on Offer? £13.25 per hour to start.
