Senior Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) | Lincoln or Louth
Join one of Lincolnshire's leading law firms and take the next step in your Private Client career.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner (5+ PQE) to join a highly regarded team based in Lincoln or Louth.
You'll advise a broad client base on a wide range of private client matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Trust creation and administration
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Inheritance Tax and succession planning
This role offers exposure to high-quality work, the opportunity to build lasting client relationships, and a genuine platform for career progression within a supportive and collaborative team.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years' PQE in Private Client law
- Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and LPAs
- STEP qualification or progress towards STEP would be advantageous
- Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious and keen to play a key role in the continued growth of the department
