About the role
This is an excellent chance to further your career as a Conveyancing Assistant in a busy conveyancing team. You will work alongside experienced residential conveyancers supporting a diverse caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, shared ownership, and remortgaging transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling initial client enquiries
- Requesting property searches
- Drafting correspondence and contracts
- Preparing files for exchange and completion
- Assisting with exchanges and post completion tasks
- Liaising with fee earners and post completion team
The ideal candidate
A proactive and meticulous individual with:
- At least 18 months of residential conveyancing support experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a professional manner
