Key responsibilities (brief) Driving department profitability by winning new fully managed instruction pitches and expanding existing landlord portfolios across the region. Leading, mentoring, and upskilling the internal lettings and property management staff to maintain high service delivery standards. Ensuring complete portfolio adherence to evolving UK residential lettings legislation and safety standards. Overseeing valuation accuracy and strategic pricing to minimise void periods and optimise rental yields for property owners. What will help you succeed Proven experience managing a UK residential lettings department or senior property management division. Strong practical knowledge of current UK lettings legislation, compliance, and landlord-tenant law. Formal industry qualifications such as ARLA or Propertymark Level 3 award in Residential Letting and Property Management are advantageous.
