Our client based in Nursling is currently looking for an experienced Van Driver to work Tuesday to Saturday on an ongoing basis. Subject to meeting their work standards and work volumes remaining high, they will be looking to offer a full time contract. As an experienced Van driver you will need to have strong customer service skills with good levels of numeracy and literacy. Here is what you will be asked to do :
- The standard week will be Tuesday to Saturday
- The hourly rate is £13.71 per hour with an 8 hr minimum pay
- The start time is 6.00am and the average working day is 8 to 10 hours.
- You will work daily with an experienced drivers mate
- The job will involve working face to face with customers and providing a high level of customer service
- You will be responsible for making sure that your vehicle has all the required stock for each days deliveries
- Ensuring the vehicle is check daily for any issues is your responsibility
- You will need to be comfortable with completing paperwork and communicating any issues on route on a daily basis.
- The Job starts ASAP.
