About the role
ROLE OF THE JOB
You will be responsible for the delivery of Highways Maintenance works.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
- A knowledge and experience of civil groundworks is essential and should include working within a live Highway environment.
- Highways Operatives will work as part of a Team covering, minor reactive repairs (potholes, lift and relay paving) and planned construction teams.
- It is desirable to have working knowledge of larger construction works including, paving, kerbing, drainage, bricklaying and resurfacing.
- You should have a level 2 qualification or equivalent in Highways or working towards a trade qualification.
