Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work as a in a Connected Persons Team in Rochdale Council.
Within the Connected Persons Team you will be involved in the completion of full Connected Persons Assessment, regulation 24 and viability assessments, presentation at fostering panel and the support and supervision of Kinship foster carers. You will also be required to attend court as and when required. The role will involve some weekend and evening working, so the successful candidate must be available and prepared to work flexibly when required.
