Hybrid (London or North East) | £75,000-£85,000 + Bonus + Private Medical
Looking for an opportunity to shape the future of a global business?
We're seeking a hands-on Business Systems Manager to lead a complex applications landscape, support international teams, and drive the roadmap for a future ERP transformation programme.
This isn't just a support role. You'll work with senior stakeholders, manage third-party vendors, lead offshore teams, and play a key role in evaluating and implementing the next generation of business systems.
What you'll do:
- Lead and evolve the business systems function.
- Manage ERP platforms, applications, vendors and support partners.
- Drive continuous improvement across global operations.
- Lead future ERP transformation and implementation initiatives.
- Develop and mentor offshore application support teams.
What we're looking for:
- Experience leading ERP or business systems environments.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- A proactive, relationship-focused leader.
- Experience with SAP, JD Edwards, Dynamics, Infor or similar ERP platforms is beneficial, but not essential.
- Someone who can combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
