Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Your duties will include greeting customers, helping them locate products, and offering knowledgeable advice on merchandise. Additionally, you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring that displays are attractive and well-stocked. Cash handling, processing transactions, and managing returns will also be part of your responsibilities.

To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is essential. You will be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance. Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required.
