Retail Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our clientele. Your duties will include greeting customers, assisting them with product inquiries, and offering recommendations based on their needs. You will also handle transactions at the cash register, process returns and exchanges, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.

To succeed in this position, you should have strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. You will be expected to work collaboratively with your team members, contributing to a positive work environment. Additionally, flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
