Teaching Assistant

Location: Bath

Hours: 08:30 - 15:30 (Work-Life Balance)

Pay: £90 - £95 per day

Want to work in Bath's beautiful primary schools without the long-term stress? We are looking for proactive Teaching Assistants for flexible, day-to-day supply cover. Whether you want to work near the city centre, Larkhall, or Combe Down, we have roles that fit your commute and your schedule.

• Competitive Pay: Earn £90-£95 per day with weekly pay every Friday.

• The 3:30 PM Finish: Be home before the Bath evening traffic peaks. No stay-late meetings or prep.

• Small Group Support: Leading fun activities in Literacy and Numeracy.

• Teacher's Right Hand: Helping set up the classroom and managing student conduct.

• Safe Play: Supervising pupils during break times to ensure a positive environment.

• Experience working with children (Schools, Youth Work, or Coaching).

• A patient, adaptable, and "can-do" attitude.

• Reliability-being a consistent, friendly face for the children.

• An enhanced DBS (or the willingness to apply for one).
