We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist educational setting in Basingstoke from September. The Role

Full-time Learning Support Assistant position
September start
£93 per day
Support pupils within the classroom and on a 1:1 basis
Assist with learning activities and engagement
Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Opportunity to progress into a permanent role

About You

Experience working with children or young people
Previous school, care, youth work, or support experience desirable
Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for supporting children with additional needs
