Supervisor – Access Control & CCTV
Location: Oxford
Rate: £300 per day
Duration: 18 Months

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee on-site delivery of a security systems installation project in Oxford. This is a non-working supervisory role, reporting directly to the Project Manager and responsible for managing a team of four engineers.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards, with a strong focus on CCTV and Access Control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of four on-site engineers
Act as the primary point of contact between site teams and the Project Manager
Ensure all works are carried out in line with project specifications and timelines
Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance on site
Monitor progress and provide regular updates and reports
Ensure quality control across installation and commissioning activities
Support problem-solving and escalation of technical or operational issues

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the security systems industry
Strong background in CCTV and Access Control systems (essential)
Proven experience overseeing engineering teams on-site
First Aid Certification
ECS Card
SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification
