EYFS Teaching Assistant

Source Supply are seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to work at a small primary school in Darlington.

To be considered for this role, it is expected that you have a solid understanding of the EYFS Curriculum and hold a recognised qualification in Early Years.

The school’s mission is to nurture the happy and friendly children who attend this school. The successful EYFS Teaching assistant will help the learners take their first steps towards finding a love for education, inspiring their minds and opening their eyes to the world around them.

This role will start in September, and run for the full academic year.

Applicants must hold a DFE recognised qualification in early years.

Requirements

All successful applicants will:

• Hold a DFE recognised qualification in early years.
• Experience in working with children in a school setting.
• A nurturing, patient and consistent approach.
• Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
• Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
• Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
