About the Role

We’re currently recruiting a reliable and enthusiastic member of Reception staff to join a busy Hotel in North Bristol. The hotel requires you to of used OPERA software previously. Hours work on a rota basis starting from weekend commening 22d June.
This is a hands-on role supporting the Hotel with greeting , check-in check-out , reservations/bookings and addressing guest inquiries or complaints.

Key Responsibilities

– check in check out

– support reception manager

– address guest inquiries

Requirements

• Experience with OPERA software. (essential)

• Previous experience in a hotel reception environment.

• Good social skills and desire to help others.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
