SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you experienced in a school setting and confident working with children with SEN? We’re looking for a resilient and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an exceptional Secondary SEN setting in L24, supporting secondary-aged students with ASC, ADHD, and behavioural needs.

This is a great opportunity for a new or experienced educator to become a familiar face in a school where staffing, culture and community go hand in hand.

What You’ll Do:

• Support students with challenging behaviour in and out of class

• Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored interventions

• Help maintain a calm and safe learning environment

• Use effective behaviour management strategies

• Build strong, trusting relationships with students

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working in a school setting (essential)

• Strong behaviour management skills

• Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping young people

• No formal qualifications required — we value your experience and attitude
