Zest Education is recruiting enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisors to support a variety of welcoming secondary schools across Codsall and the surrounding areas. With immediate starts available, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference while developing the skills and experience needed for a future career in education.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in keeping learning on track by:

Delivering engaging pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Creating a positive and productive classroom environment
Encouraging student participation and maintaining high levels of engagement
Managing classroom behaviour confidently and effectively
Providing valuable feedback to teachers on lesson progress and student performance

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are:

Confident communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
Passionate about supporting and inspiring young people
Reliable, adaptable and able to think on their feet
Comfortable working with secondary-aged students
Equipped with good literacy and numeracy skills

Previous classroom experience is beneficial but not essential.

To be considered, you must have either:

• A minimum of 20 days’ experience working with children or young people, or
• Be a recent university graduate
