Pay: £95 - £115 per day

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with teenagers or young adults (e.g., teaching assistant, sports coach, youth worker, tutor).
• Confidence to manage a classroom and handle behaviour positively.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one-we can help with this!).

Key Duties:

• Lead pre-planned lessons across various subjects, ensuring students stay on task and complete their work.
• Maintain good classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere using school behaviour policies.
• Collect completed classwork and leave helpful handover notes for the returning class teacher.
• Assist pupils with any questions or difficulties they have during their independent tasks.
• Take electronic attendance registers at the beginning of each session.
• Uphold strict safeguarding guidelines to keep all students safe throughout the school day.
