Your Role

• Support residents with personal care, meals and daily routines
• Assist with safe moving and handling using appropriate equipment
• Promote independence, dignity and choice
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Maintain accurate records and communicate important changes to the wider care team
• Work alongside a dedicated team where your experience is genuinely valued

We’re looking for experienced care professionals who can hit the right notes:

• Proven experience within a UK care home or adult social care setting
• A caring, dependable and professional approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Current PVG or willingness to apply
• A genuine passion for delivering high quality care
• The confidence and experience to make a positive difference from day one
