Joiner

We are working with a leading manufacturer of timber frame solutions to recruit for a number of permanent Joiners to join them in Lisburn.

Working within a busy team you will be building & assembling timber frame structures for customers projects across NI & ROI.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications to execute projects accurately.
• Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment.
• Installing structures such as doors, windows, flooring, roofing components, and cabinetry.
• Performing repairs and maintenance on existing structures to ensure safety and functionality.
• Applying welding techniques where necessary to join metal components securely.
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assisting with heavy lifting tasks safely using appropriate equipment or techniques.
• Collaborating with colleagues to complete projects efficiently within specified deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and productivity.

What we are looking for… 

• Joinery experience within a workshop, production or site environment
• Competency in using hand tools such as chisels, saws, hammers alongside power tools including drills and sanders
• Ability to undertake heavy lifting safely and efficiently during project tasks
