We're currently looking for a dedicated Children's Complex Care Assistant to join our growing team and provide high-quality 1:1 care within a rolling care package.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to support a child with complex healthcare needs in a 1:1 setting, helping them live safely and comfortably while promoting their independence and wellbeing.

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 1 year's UK complex care experience within the last 2 years
• Previous experience supporting children with complex care needs
• The ability to provide two employment references
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, professional approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care
• A good understanding of healthcare standards, safeguarding, and best practice
• The right to work in the UK (please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship)

Essential Clinical Skills

You should be confident and competent in:

• PEG feeding and care
• Medication administration
• Oral suctioning
• Intermittent catheterisation
• Flatus tube care
