First Option Healthcare are a Complex Care provider who specialise in providing care to Children & Adults with Complex needs in their own home. You’ll deliver personalised care and support to our clients in their own homes to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence. This specific package is to look after a 24 year old male who lives at home with parents You will need to have experience with these complex care skills to be considered for this role: • Cerebral Palsy • Gastrostomy • Epilepsy • Dystonia • Oxygen Therapy • Mickey Button • GORD (Gastro-oesophageal Reflux Disease) Shift Times: 08:00 - 2:00 Requirements & Skills: • Patience, eagerness to learn & a positive attitude at all times • A responsible, dedicated & flexible approach to your work • A driving licence & access to a vehicle Benefits: • Book your shifts in advance up to 6 weeks ahead • Weekly Pay & Competitive rates – earn up to £18 p/hour (PAYE Only) • Free CPD accredited training to help your career • Referral Bonus Scheme – Earn up to £250 per candidate referral
