You need to be:

• Experienced as a Chef de Partie (or ready to step up) within a similar style of venue, ideally with a background in high-quality dining

• Adaptable to living in a remote location. Island life comes with its quirks, but the rewards are worth it
• Confident assisting the Head Chef in the daily running of the brigade, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high standards
• Keen to mentor junior members of the kitchen, helping to nurture and develop emerging talent
• Able to demonstrate a track record of longevity and professional development, showing commitment and reliability in your career.
